Could We Do It Again

Buy EWV ( Ultra-Short Japan ) @ 82 or Better

Market Outlook/Potential Opportunities:

Gold is making a powerful up move. Currencies are in a tug of war with each other with the Dollar showing the most resilience, but the world is going to find out that the only currency that is backed up by Gold is in fact Gold. We are in a Bearish portfolio on the Stock Market. We are long 3 Ultra-Shorts in case the market falters. (NOTE: We Doubled our money twice before on these Ultra Shorts. Could we do it again ?) We are also long Biotech in case the market decides to rally. I myself am looking for a short-term rally to be followed by another round of hard selling. Energy at these prices is a bargain. I believe that the lows in energy are now in place. Oil will always carry more value than Natural Gas, as you can see by our positions, we are behind on our Natural Gas position. You will find in life going forward, that the world has a long tern supply of Natural Gas. The trick is to safely recover it without destroying the planet. Oil is a different story. Oil is finite. Oil has peaked. With this cold weather, people need fuel. Energy and Gold are long-term plays. Two weeks ago, I said, "Gold is ready to make it's move". It did just that. I am expecting GLD to break through 100 with the potential to go much higher.
