Are Institutional Investors in Accumulation or Distribution Now?

A lot of money is being pumped into the market, but don't get too excited just yet ...

As you can see on today's chart, Institutional Investors were in decreasing Distribution yesterday, but the bottom line is that they were still in Distribution and they have not gone to Accumulation yet.

So, the decrease in Distribution allows for a short term positive bias today, but the medium term bias is still negative. This creates a mixed condition for today.
