Hi Joseph
Yes agreed we've got some demand destruction along with asset price destruction or deflation.
I was just surprised to hear Bob & Marc talk more about the coming inflation after the deflation.

I guess we all see/hear want we want to believe eh.....

You're a deflationary guy & loved their talk
I'm an inflationary guy & loved their talk.(:-)))

Now there must be more to this than meets the eye.

Will have to listen again.....

Cheers Nick

What happened globally over the past 10 years?  We  moved forward consumption, from debt it was false and lie.
If you look at demand during all deflations it collapses.
During the thirties oil production and prices collapsed along with it.  Since this was global, and at least one degree larger than the thirties it is obvious that we can see demand collapse at least what it did during the thirties

?
After listening to this a couple of times both advisors talk of strong inflation coming after a period of deflation.
I'm surprised at Bob's call for a secular top in oil.
Also that Bob believes that the best commodity bull markets stem from depressions - the 20 year period after the event.
That kinda denigrates the bull in the 1970's & 2000's????

Both definitive on that fiat assets are overpriced & due to fall in value.
Both consider that after the deflation that interest rates will be bulling.
Both believe that real money will have better purchasing power after the deflation.
